A night to celebrate.

Thank you to all of our performers in our Summertime Showcase Cabaret evening last night. We were overwhelmed with the support and delighted that nearly 100 people turned up for the event. 

We are very proud of your achievements as a Choir and your willingness to perform for your family and friends. 

Your families had nothing but praise for what you had put together and some said it was the most enjoyable show they had ever seen at our school. 

The refreshments certainly went down well too thanks to Mrs Taylor, Mrs Boat and Miss Key. They worked hard at the refreshment counter all evening. 

A big thank you to Lauren James who has helped the children over the past two weeks and who was our musical director for the evening. We had a great treat listening to her give a solo performance after she was nagged by the children to sing! 

Our donation bucket was very full, thank you. We will post how much we raised for mic stands/sound cables/microphones when we have a grand total. 

There will be another cabaret evening in December for Christmas as you all commented on the fact you liked the set up of the evening and wished for it to be repeated throughout the year. We will listen the feedback we received last night about having a raffle and doing other things to raise money.
